Womens Workshops teach foundational MTB skills that build confidence for riding with family and friends. 3 days of lessons while giving and receiving support in a non-judgmental way will create a learning environment for women to thrive on the bike.

  • 2-2.5 hours long each day

  • Required equipment: good working mountain bike, mountain bike helmet, water, and nutrition.

  • Different locations each day including Draper, Herriman, Eagle Mountain, and Kearns

  • Locations are subject to change depending on the skill and fitness level of riders

  • Minimum 4 participants

All groups focus on fundamental skills, building confidence, riding trails picked just for you, eating snacks (because who doesn’t love snack time), having fun | max group size 8 riders per coach

When you register please list which group best fits your abilities:

New Rider: new riders with little mountain biking experience working on level 1 skills

Emerging Rider: riders with some mountain biking experience working on level 1 skills

Consistent Rider: riders who consistently execute level 1 skills and are ready to start working on to level 2 skills on beginner level trails

Confident Rider: riders who confidently execute level 1 skills and are ready to work on level 2 skills on intermediate level trails

Skills taught in Kids Camps

Level 1 Skills: neutral/ready position, bike control, bike/body separation, bike check, trail etiquette

Level 2 Sills include: cornering, rolls, small drops, wheel lifts, rock gardens, line choice

ADVENTURE RIDE: 3 hours of bike park riding  |  beginner or intermediate riders are invited to join these rides |  riders should be comfortable on green or blue rated trails (depending on which ride you choose) and be able to ride 8+ miles on dirt  |  you will be required to purchase a bike park pass as well  |  ask a coach if you are not sure which ride to join
